Twenty-four years ago I arrived in Canada from Peru with an Architecture degree, an MBA in International Business, a PMP and an entrepreneur's start-over instinct.

THE CAREER

My work took me across real estate, manufacturing, and some of Canada's largest financial institutions. In highly regulated environments, I learned to connect business, finance, operations and risk - turning complex challenges into structured, meaningful outcomes.

When my permanent role ended in 2025 after almost eight years, I treated it as a chance to return to my entrepreneurial roots — consulting, and exploring how responsible AI could help organizations work smarter and decide with confidence.

THE TURN

1Khipu comes from the ancient Andean Khipu - a system of knotted fibres used to organize information and preserve knowledge. It's how I see modern organizations: individual threads, thoughtfully connected.
